Restaurant Barista
We're looking for an experienced Barista to join our team at Barnes & Noble! Our customers come for a great cup of coffee and an even better experience. As a Barista, you'll be responsible for crafting and serving our signature coffees and tea drinks with warmth and enthusiasm. You'll be the face of Barnes & Noble, providing excellent customer service and building relationships with our guests.To be successful in this role, you must have exceptional customer service skills and a minimum of 2 years of barista experience. You must also have a friendly, outgoing personality and a passion for creating a memorable experience for our guests. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
? Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks with excellence and enthusiasm
? Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner
? Demonstrate knowledge of coffee and tea varieties, as well as brewing techniques
? Ensure guests have a memorable experience
? Maintain a clean and organized workspace
? Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
? Assist with cashiering and inventory duties as needed
? Follow all company policies and procedures
