Established in 2013, we specialise in cloud migration and development, digital transformation including agile software development, DevOps, automation, data and machine learningâŚWeâre looking for a Resource Operations Manager to support the day-to-day management of our contractor workforce across multiple client accounts. The role focuses on contractor coordination, accurate reporting, and structured escalation, ensuring smooth operations and a consistent, high-quality contractor experience.
Youâll manage the full contractor lifecycle (onboarding, engagement, weekly reporting, and offboarding) and act as a central coordination point between contractors, HR, Finance, Account Leads, and Operations. The role ensures clear communication, compliance, data accuracy, risk visibility, and efficient, repeatable processes across all accounts.
Required skills:
Strong organisational and administrative skills in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
Experience working across HR, Finance, Operations, and Delivery teams
Comfortable reviewing reports and identifying risks, trends, and early warning signs
Strong judgement around escalation and issue routing
Confident using Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
Experience using PowerBI or similar reporting tools
Key responsibilities & duties include:
Coordinate contractors across multiple client accounts and act as their primary operational point of contact
Ensure contractors understand processes, expectations, and reporting requirements
Manage onboarding and offboarding, ensuring documentation, access, reporting lines, and compliance requirements are completed on time
Review weekly contractor updates and dashboards, identify risks, blockers, or sentiment changes, and apply RAG status
Escalate issues to HR, Finance, or Account Leads as appropriate, and track them through to resolution
Maintain accurate contractor records, rosters, lifecycle dates, and compliance documentation
Monitor contractor engagement and flag emerging risks or patterns early
Provide regular summaries and operational insights to internal stakeholders
Support consistent contractor processes across accounts and contribute to continuous process improvement
Desirable skills:
Experience in MSP, IT services, or contractor-led delivery environments
Exposure to IT delivery teams or Agile ways of working
Familiarity with contractor compliance, invoicing, timesheets, or workforce reporting tools
