In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for overseeing resource assignments, ensuring optimal utilization of resources, and supporting project delivery in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in resource management, excellent organizational skills, and experience with PSA (Professional Services Automation) tools.Responsibilities:Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate resources to various projects based on skill sets, availability, and project requirements.Resource Planning: Develop and maintain resource plans to ensure efficient utilization and timely delivery of projects.Utilize PSA tools to track resource assignments, monitor project progress, and generate reports.Skills Matrix: Oversee skills matrix and application for resource selection.Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, team leads, and other stakeholders to understand resource needs and address any issues.Performance Monitoring: Monitor resource performance and provide feedback to ensure high-quality project delivery.Reporting: Generate and analyze resource utilization reports to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.Process Improvement: Continuously improve resource management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Required Qualifications & Skills:8+ years of professional experience with 5 in resource management within a professional services environment with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related fieldor equivalent experienceProfessional Services Automation (PSA) Tools: Proficient in using PSA tools such as Certinia, Salesforce, or similar platformsStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work with and influence stakeholdersLocation: East Coast USPreferred Qualifications:PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certificationsFamiliarity with project management and resource management methodologies and toolsTarget base salary range for this job requisition is anticipated to be approximately $106,000 - $128,000 annualizedWe also offer Enterprise benefits including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, and paid time offThe company may modify salaries, salary ranges and/or Pay Plans from time to time as it deems necessary.MORE ABOUT SKILLSOFT:Skillsoft delivers online learning, training, and talent solutions to help organizations unleash their edge.
