Resolution Analyst - Contract
About the position Responsibilities • Serve as point of contact for incoming inquiries from the field and internal teams • Develop solutions for complex issues that cross between teams • Create and ensure standard work processes are being utilized • Ensure issues are resolved and closed out timely • Provide status updates and final feedback to stakeholders • Track issues by working through tickets in the USD system • Participate in ad hoc projects and process enhancement roll-outs Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a service- and resolution-oriented environment • Demonstrated understanding of the order to cash workflow • Familiarity with front office software (FOX & CAF preferred) • Demonstrated understanding of complete billing function within a large ERP package (PeopleSoft strongly preferred) • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Nice-to-haves • Bachelor's degree in Business related discipline (Accounting, CIS or Finance preferred) preferred but not required Benefits • Onsite cafeteria • Coffee shop • Gym • Flexible working environment (1-2 days per week virtual work) Apply tot his job
