Residential Sr Dispatcher (West)
Residential Sr Dispatcher role at Waste Management, responsible for communicating with drivers, handling service orders, and resolving customer issues. Must reside within the Florida Market area. Remote position with virtual and onsite training.
Requirements
ā¢ High School Diploma or G.E.D (accredited)
ā¢ 2 years Minimum of previous dispatching experience (in addition to education requirements)
ā¢ Additional or specialized training in transportation, logistics, or similar area of study
ā¢ Customer service experience in a call-center environment preferred
ā¢ Computer skills with ability to handle multiple monitors, programs and systems
ā¢ Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally via e-mail, telephone, and 2-way devices
ā¢ Must have the desire and ability to learn Waste Management proprietary software applications
