Residential Interior Designer, Remote / Part time

Looking for someone who can work with me on an ongoing hourly basis, assume around 2-6 hours per week on average over the next several months to help me both design down to the last detail in each room as well as organize the project re: timeline, purchasing, styling, etc. House is new construction appx 5,000 sqft, floor plans and external elevations are basically done and we are getting into surfaces and lighting. Need someone who can be flexible to help with a long project that will have periods of high and low demand. Must be able to meet on video and share and collaborate on digital files. The taste for this project is a mixture of classic Tudor and "transitional", helps if you can work in this space and add value. Ideally, this person will be helping with design from high level elevation sketches down to shelf decor. Requirements: • Assist with elevations, material, and sourcing • Have at least some 3d capability, could be drawing or CAD to visualize moments • Sourcing to match style and budget • Design schedule • Manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans • Track builder’s construction schedule and budget • Track and provide clear and consistent project updates Furniture plans and design concept have already been developed, but specifications are in progress and no furnishings have been selected. Need assistance sourcing interior finishes, fixtures, furnishings, and decor. Homeowner is an experienced custom builder who will be designing and fabricating a lot of furniture / fixtures.
