Key Responsibilities As a Residential House Cleaner with Houses Are Us LLC, your primary responsibilities will include: Client Interaction: Interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring their cleaning needs are met and exceeded. Travel and Transportation: Travel to and from clients' homes, using your own vehicle or reliable transportation. Cleaning and Organization: Thoroughly clean clients' homes from top to bottom, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, hallways, and more. Reporting and Documentation: Complete daily reports and take pictures/videos before and after cleaning to ensure client satisfaction. Inventory Management: Track inventory and supplies, ensuring that all necessary equipment and materials are available. Teamwork and Leadership: Collaborate with other team members, providing support and guidance as needed. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional cleaning experience in residential and commercial settings. Language Skills: Fluency in English, with bilingual candidates preferred. Transportation: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Physical Demands: Ability to carry 25 pounds and perform physical tasks, such as lifting and bending. Background and Drug Test: Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test.
