Fluent in English (bilingual is a plus)
Valid drivers license
Must have vehicle or reliable transportation
US citizen
English speaking
Minimum 3 years professional cleaning experience for residential
Minimum three years professional cleaning experience for commercial job
Willing to take a background check
Willing to take a drug test
Provide 2-3 references

Responsibilities include:
Interacting with clients
Traveling to and from clients homes
Pick up employees to and from jobs
Overlooking employees
Carry supplies, equipment, tools (24hrs)
Daily reports
Thoroughly cleaning clients homes from top to bottom: All bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, Living areas, hallways, etc..
Take pictures/ videos BEFORE/AFTER
Business laundry
Must carry 25 pounds
Ensure a clean and orderly environment
Move furniture as necessary
Organizing and cleaning
Must be good with people & pets
On time is high priority
Tracking inventory
