We specialize in: Minor Excavation Demolition & Concrete Removal Deck Building Flat Concrete Work Retaining Walls & Site Grading Job Details: The estimator will work remotely, or in-person as needed. Scope includes performing accurate takeoffs, reviewing site conditions, writing up detailed estimates, and occasional site visits. We provide the leads you focus on building estimates and closing deals. Compensation: Pay structure is flexible: Per job, Commission-based, or Hourly we're open to what works best for the right person. Ideal for freelance estimators or retired pros looking for part-time work. Requirements: Strong experience in residential construction estimating (preferably 3+ years). Ability to read plans and/or perform site-based takeoffs. Familiarity with scopes of work for decks, concrete, excavation, and structural work. Good communication skills and ability to follow through with clients and our build team. Reliable, self-driven, and detail oriented.
