Description The Mobile Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for interim day-to-day activities and personnel providing clinical services to residents within the community. As the interim leader of the Health & Wellness Team, you provide necessary direction and oversight to ensure successful delivery of compliant, industry-leading clinical services from the department. This position would be available for coverage as needed in our FL communities. Requirements Clearinghouse Screening: This position requires additional screening through FL Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse--link to site Education: Associates Degree Skills : Basic reading and writing skills, and ability to speak English in an understandable manner Years of Experience : 2-3 years supervisory experience and Gerontological nursing including dementia population preferred Licensure : Current active LPN or RN license in state of practice Other: R esidence in state of FL preferred Physical Demands : Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods; Ability to push and pull objects and lift and carry up to 50 pounds, unassisted, on a frequent basis; Full use of hands, arms, and legs (for writing and medication administration); Ability to read thermometers, charts and testing equipment Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, ancestry, religion, sex/gender (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression, age, physical or mental disability, military or protected veteran status, citizenship, familial or marital status, genetics, or any other legally protected category.
