What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage scoping, prioritization, and allocation of research resources for projects
- Oversee project teams through the research life cycle and recommend appropriate methodologies
- Serve as a strategic thought partner in leading and conducting qualitative research projects
- Coach teams in synthesizing and analyzing research findings to identify key opportunities
- Develop and cultivate an inclusive and learning-focused team environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in design research, strategic UX research, or relevant consumer research
- Experience in exploratory and generative qualitative UX/Design Research methods
- Proven ability to scope research projects and synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding teams and mentoring individual team members
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Preference for agency or consulting experience in the research field
- Experience with quantitative survey methodologies
- Ability to influence stakeholders and develop impactful partnerships
- Expertise in research operations and best practices
