What You’ll Do Assist with project coordination and research execution — from scoping to delivery.Support research design, data collection, quality control, and analysis.Contribute to both qualitative and quantitative research efforts.Use AI-enabled tools for media monitoring, sentiment analysis, and trend detection.Help configure and optimize dashboards and automated reporting tools.Analyze media and social content for key metrics (e.g., sentiment, influencers, messaging).Conduct desk research and landscape reviews to support strategic insights.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. What We’re Looking For A quick learner with a growth mindset and strong attention to detail.Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills.Interest in data, research, and how AI is transforming the insights space.Familiarity with Microsoft Office; bonus if you’ve dabbled in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or social listening platforms.Exposure to data analysis, statistics, or research methods (qual or quant) is a plus.Experience with SPSS, Python, or other analytics tools is a bonus — but not required. Preferred Background Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Social Sciences, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.Curious about how insights shape brand strategy, public opinion, and media narratives.Eager to explore how AI can enhance research workflows and storytelling.
