- Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and returns related to Home Goods products at Walmart
- Utilize sales techniques to enhance customer experience and drive sales
- Perform data entry accurately and efficiently to update customer information
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable Home Goods products
- Conduct outbound calling to promote special offers and new products
- Uphold phone etiquette standards while communicating with customers
- Provide bilingual support in English and Spanish as needed
- Demonstrate upselling skills to increase sales revenue
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer preferences and offer tailored solutions
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Prior experience in outbound calling or telemarketing is advantageous
