As a Reporting and Insights Program Manager in Key Accounts, imagine fueling innovation and solving critical challenges at Trane Technologies by leading data projects that shape the future of our business. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with the latest tools—like Salesforce, Oracle, Tableau, and Dataiku to uncover insights, create efficient workflows, and help drive Key Accounts initiatives. Where is the work:

This is a Remote position.

What you will do:

In this role you will:

  • Lead high-impact data programs from strategy development to execution, aligning with business objectives and influencing Key Account initiatives.
  • Oversee the delivery of multiple complex, cross-functional data projects
  • Architect and optimize data workflows and integrations using advanced tools like Dataiku, Salesforce, Oracle, and Tableau.
  • Analyze and synthesize large, complex data sets to provide strategic insights and drive critical business decisions.
  • Develop, maintain, and evolve sophisticated dashboards and reporting solutions in Tableau and Salesforce to support executive leadership.
  • Champion data governance and quality, implementing robust validation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify and spearhead opportunities for process improvements, automation, and innovation in data management and analytics.
  • Mentor team members, share best practices, and provide thought leadership in data strategy and execution.

What you will bring:

  • 3+ years of experience leading complex data programs and managing large, diverse datasets.
  • Proven success in driving data strategy and influencing stakeholders.
  • Expertise in data visualization and workflow platforms (Tableau, Dataiku, Salesforce, Oracle).
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with a track record of delivering results on critical, high-visibility initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, able to clearly present data-driven insights to executive audiences.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and elevating data practices across teams.

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $97,550 – $128,950

Total compensation for this role will include an incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
