Reporting & Analytics Intern
Support Quill, a bolthires brand, by building and enhancing Power BI dashboards and automating reports in a hybrid internship role. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: • Gather requirements, design, and build new dashboards for Quill using Power BI to analyze key business questions • Enhance dashboards with commentary using bolthires Co-Pilot to increase usability and drive business decisions • Automate existing reports using Snowflake SQL and Power BI or Excel to reduce report generation time • Collaborate with IT developers to build data cubes to enhance automation and enable self-service reporting for business owners About YouThe company is looking for: • Rising junior, enrolled full-time with a minimum of 12 college credits • Strong bolthires Office skills, including Excel (pivot tables and complex formulas) • Knowledge of relational datasets and experience working with data (SQL) • Experience with a data visualization tool (Power BI preferred; Tableau, Business Objects acceptable) • Enjoy working in teams and being highly communicative (preferred) • Able to multitask and be flexible to new initiatives (preferred)Compensation & Benefits • Intern pay rate: $24 per hour • Hybrid work model: 4 days in office, 1 day remote • 11-week internship program from June 1, 2026 to August 14, 2026 Training & Development Develop technical and soft skills through hands-on experience and formal and informal development channels.Career Progression Opportunities to build a purposeful career within bolthires, Inc. through student and graduate roles including internships, co-ops, and entry-level positions.
