Sam’s Club is actively seeking dependable and energetic Replenishment Team Member to help us deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our members. This physically active position involves replenishing merchandise, preparing orders for club pickup, and ensuring the store remains clean and well-organized. It's a great fit for individuals who enjoy staying on their feet in a dynamic retail environment.
Role and Responsibilities
As a Replenishment Team Member, you’ll play a key part in store operations by managing inventory, maintaining product displays, and supporting overall store readiness. Your accuracy, speed, and teamwork will help keep merchandise available, properly presented, and easy for members to find.
• Unload product shipments and sort items for stockroom storage or sales floor placement.
• Restock shelves, build merchandise displays, rotate inventory, and ensure correct pricing and labeling.
• Keep aisles clean and accessible by zoning product areas and removing clutter or obstructions.
• Assist members by locating products and offering helpful, friendly service.
• Pick, stage, and prepare items for online and club pickup orders according to company guidelines.
• Perform regular safety checks, use equipment properly, and report any hazards promptly.
• Check merchandise for freshness or damage, remove expired goods, and follow proper handling procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet daily objectives and improve store operations.
Required Skills and Experience
• Ability to lift 25 pounds or more and perform physically repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding retail environment.
• Dependable and team-oriented, with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Previous retail or service experience is helpful but not required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in stocking, merchandising, or setting up retail displays.
• Knowledge of inventory devices, order picking systems, or self-checkout tools.
Compensation and Benefits
• Hourly pay ranges from $17 to $24, depending on experience and location; additional compensation may apply to evening or overnight shifts.
