As a subject matter expert in counter and rental services, you will play a pivotal role in training AI systems to better understand and replicate key functions of rental clerks and leasing consultants. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert insight and guidance on the daily tasks and responsibilities of counter and rental clerks.
• Document and explain rental processes, from receiving orders to finalizing payments, to enhance AI learning.
• Review, refine, and create training examples showcasing best practices in customer interactions—both written and verbal.
• Describe available rental options, services, and repair processes to inform AI training scenarios.
• Collaborate with the AI development team to ensure accuracy and relevance in training data.
• Evaluate and test AI outputs for correctness and alignment with real-world rental scenarios.
• Stay current on industry trends and communicate insights to optimize training materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a rental agent, counter clerk, leasing consultant, or similar role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to describe complex processes and options clearly and concisely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with handling orders, payments, and service inquiries in the rental industry.
• Enthusiasm for contributing to innovative AI technology.
