• Collect data and feedback from community members

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes
Requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus
• Ability to effectively market and promote our initiatives
• Excellent negotiation skills to persuade individuals to support our cause
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Ability to adapt to different environments and engage with diverse populations
Nice-to-haves
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable
• Customer service experience of 1 year (Preferred)
