Position Overview:
LoveBound Destinations is seeking a Virtual Travel Scheduler to become a vital member of our team. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about travel and skilled in the art of organization and communication. As a Virtual Travel Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating all travel-related appointments and arrangements for our clients, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
Key Responsibilities:
 Travel Coordination: Manage and book all aspects of travel for clients, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring a seamless integration into their overall travel itinerary
 Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments related to travel, such as consultations, destination site visits, and special events, aligning with clients' availability and preferences
 Client Communication: Maintain constant communication with clients to gather their travel preferences, provide updates, and address any questions or concerns
 Supplier Liaison: Establish and maintain relationships with travel suppliers to ensure access to the best rates, amenities, and promotional offerings for our clients
 Itinerary Management: Create detailed travel itineraries that include all scheduled appointments, bookings, and necessary travel details, ensuring clients have a clear and comprehensive plan
 Special Requests Handling: Accommodate any special travel requests or needs, tailoring arrangements to enhance the overall travel experience
 Feedback Collection: Follow up with clients post-travel to collect feedback, aiming to continuously improve service quality and client satisfaction
Qualifications:
 Proven experience as a travel agent, scheduler, coordinator, or similar role, preferably in a remote setting
 Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
 Strong communication abilities, with proficiency in both written and verbal communication
 Familiarity with travel scheduling software and tools
 Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of service
 A passion for travel and creating memorable experiences for clients
