What You’ll Do as a Technical Support Associate

As a Technical Support Associate, your primary mission is to investigate and resolve issues related to Amazon's digital services and devices, including Kindle, Echo, and Fire TV. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them through phone, chat, or email. Using various tools, you'll troubleshoot problems in real-time, identify solutions, and communicate effectively to resolve customer issues. In some cases, you may also need to escalate cases for further review.

Work Schedule

This role requires flexibility in your schedule, as you’ll need to work variable hours to meet customer demand. Shifts can include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Our operating hours are from 6 am to 11 pm, Sunday to Monday, and your exact schedule will be shared closer to your start date.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

Minimum age: 18 years old

Legal eligibility: Must have the right to work in India

Language skills: Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken

Technical proficiency: Proficient computer skills

Shift flexibility: Available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

Work environment: A quiet, distraction-free space with a desk and chair

Internet connection: A minimum 20 Mbps hard-wired Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi not acceptable)
