Responsibilities
• Listen to audio recordings and transcribe them into accurate written documents.
• Review and edit transcriptions for accuracy, grammar, and punctuation.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information included in the transcripts.
• Meet deadlines and manage time effectively to ensure timely delivery of completed transcripts.
• Utilize transcription software and tools to enhance productivity and accuracy.
• Communicate promptly with team members regarding any issues or clarifications needed.
• No prior experience in transcription or related fields is required, but a willingness to learn is essential.
• Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent listening skills to ensure accurate transcriptions of audio recordings.
• Basic knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and appropriate transcription software.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
