What We Are Looking For:
 Mods with a user-centric approach to support
 Passion for TV and movies
 Experience in Technical Support
 Zendesk experience
 Proven independent worker who's not afraid to reach out and ask questions when needed
 Deep understanding of app troubleshooting across multiple platforms
 Professional English Proficiency
 Can commit 8 hours on 2/9
WorkSpace Requirements:
 Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
 Quality headset
 Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone
