Description

As a Remote Social Media Customer Support Representative at Tesla, you will be an integral part of our customer service team. Requirements
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a social media or remote setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• A high level of empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of Tesla products and services is a plus.

• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms in a timely manner.
• Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers.

• Keep up-to-date with Tesla products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Collect and report customer feedback to help improve Tesla’s offerings and customer experience.
• Assist in creating and updating FAQs and other customer support resources.

Educational Qualifications
