As a Senior Software Engineer for the DICKÂS Media Network, you will:
 Build a scalable, reliable, and effective retail media network
 Collaborate with product managers, designers, architects, and other engineers
 Create and deliver the technical solutions that will meet the goals of the organization
 Leverage first-party data to drive personalized and relevant content to Athletes where they are in their journey
 Work across many different channels including online, in-store, mobile apps, and various third-party platforms
 Support and mentor a team of technologists in a structured and ad hoc manner
 Deliver complex tasks to production, working independently when required
 Take initiative to introduce and drive new ideas or projects
 Understand the business context of the larger domain and how your work matters
 Have a willingness to continuously learn, experiment, and innovate

QUALIFICATIONS:
 Bachelor's degree or equivalent level preferred
 General Experience: Experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others (Over 3 years to 6 years)
 Managerial Experience: Basic experience of coordinating the work of others (4 to 6 months)
Targeted Pay Range: $83,000 - $138,200. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
