We invite accomplished professionals to consider the role of Clinical Supervisor within our esteemed Mental Health program, operating remotely from San Francisco. This pivotal position involves overseeing a dedicated team of licensed and unlicensed mental health clinicians, family partners, and Intensive Care Coordinators (ICC). Your work will primarily impact children aged 0-22 and... their families, especially those engaged with the child welfare system. This part-time role offers a unique opportunity to enact positive change in the community while fostering professional development.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver reflective individual and group supervision to mental health clinicians, alongside providing support for family partners and ICCs.
• Ensure compliance with MediCal and regulatory mandates by overseeing clinicians’ administrative responsibilities, including adherence to deadlines.
• Monitor and enhance the clinical practices of mental health clinicians, guaranteeing exceptional standards of care and adherence to program protocols.
• Participate in the evaluation process of team members, delivering constructive feedback and guidance.
• Engage in direct client interactions for children and families on an occasional basis.
• Attend and contribute to relevant meetings, such as weekly supervision and leadership training sessions.
• Follow all EPSDT (Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic, and Treatment) procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate closely with the Program Director to enhance programmatic support and initiatives.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.

Required Skills
• Licensed LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD with BBS eligibility for supervision.
• Strong clinical and written communication abilities.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Direct experience working with diverse racial and ethnic populations.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and community-based mental health principles.
• Familiarity with reflective supervision techniques.
• Proficiency in the use of electronic health systems (e.g., Exym, Avatar, or Epic).
• Ability to work independently while being an engaged team member.

Qualifications
• Comprehensive understanding of DSM-5 and/or DC 0-5, including the development of family-focused assessments and care plans.
• Experience in working with children and families, particularly within the 0-21 age range.
• Knowledge of Intensive Care Coordination (ICC), Intensive Home-Based Services (IHBS), or Therapeutic Visitation Services (TVS) in San Francisco County is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
