Requirements:
 High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or a related field are a plus.
 Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
 Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple tasks, and meet performance metrics.
 Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
 Reliable high-speed internet connection, a personal computer, and a distraction-free workspace.
 Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts, as Delta operates 24/7.
 Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required, as full training is provided.
