 Analytical mindset for interpreting sales data and formulating actionable strategies.
 Robust organizational and time-management abilities.
 Familiarity with sales metrics and performance tracking.
Qualifications
 A bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
 Prior experience in sales or the insurance sector is advantageous.
