We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Full-Time Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our database by entering new and updated customer and account information from the comfort of their own home. This role requires a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and familiarity with spreadsheet software. You should be proficient in data compilation and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday  Friday, 8am  5pm)
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare source data for entry by compiling and sorting information.
2. Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
3. Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
4. Maintain operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
5. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
6. Secure information by completing database backups.
7. Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
