Key Responsibilities

As an Executive Assistant, your core responsibilities will include:
• Daily oversight of the CEO’s schedule, ensuring preparedness for all commitments.
• Strategic alignment of daily tasks with organizational objectives, maintaining detailed notes and action items.
• Capturing and developing actionable plans for the CEO's ideas, ensuring operational alignment.
• Managing email correspondence, calendar, and travel logistics with effective prioritization.
• Planning and coordinating logistics for various in-person events, ensuring thorough follow-up and quality.

Compensation And Benefits
