Job Responsibilities:
Ã⢠Achieve assigned goals (specific to line of business)
Ã⢠Make required number of phone calls daily and negotiate the best possible arrangements
Ã⢠Profile debtors and obtain financial information
Ã⢠Perform skip tracing to locate debtors
Ã⢠Maintain accurate documentation of all attempts and/or contacts made and received for accounts in accordance with company and client specifications
Requirements to work for GRC:
Ã⢠MUST LIVE IN THE STATE OF OHIO
Ã⢠Must have 5 (plus) Years 3rd party collections experience
Ã⢠Collection Management Experience is a plus
Ã⢠Must know federal/state laws and regulations (i.e., FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, etc.)
Ã⢠Required Education: High School Diploma/GED Education
Ã⢠Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Ã⢠Ability to perform data entry using multiple computer databases
Ã⢠After offer is accepted, must provide proof of landline and Internet service(s) before equipment is shipped to residence
