Client Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with

inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

Requirements
• 1+ years of Call Center experience
• 1+ years of Customer Service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Passion for helping others and exceeding customer expectations
• Ability to multitask
• Proficieny in written and spoken English
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must provide own computer equipment (No Mac or Chromebooks)
• Must provide hard-wired internet (No wifi)
