 Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of products and service protocols.
 Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and service delivery.
 Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism in all chat interactions.
 No prior experience is necessary; we will provide full training.
 Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
 Strong written communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach.
 A commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
 Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote setting.
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
