American Home Design is seeking full-time and part-time Remote Call Center Agents to schedule appointments for our sales team. Responsibilities
 Make 25-35 outbound calls each hour to prospects by telephone to schedule appointments.

 Utilize provided scripts to engage, excite, and persuade homeowners to seek more information.

 Overcome objections using provided rebuttals.

 Maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection.

 Reach and exceed weekly and monthly appointment goals.

 Document conversations in the CRM system.
Requirements
 Must have a quiet space to work and talk on the phone while at home.

 Must have your own computer with reliable high-speed internet and a headset.

 2+ years of sales experience required.
,
 1+ years of experience in a Call Center environment required.

 Proficient in navigating multiple browser tabs and troubleshooting computer issues.
