 Liaise with various state boards and credentialing organizations to secure status updates and verifications.
 Guarantee the precision and quality of credentialing data in compliance with industry standards.
 Conduct thorough cross-checks of information supplied by third-party entities through online databases.
 Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Required Skills
 Exceptional attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to accuracy.
 Proficient command of the English language.
 Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
 Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, equipped with a reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload).
Qualifications
 A minimum of 6 months of experience in a data entry or customer service role is advantageous.
 Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week), with weekends off.
