 Cultivate meaningful relationships with community stakeholders, including partners and funders.
 Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and funding guidelines.
 Oversee staff performance, conducting evaluations and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Required Skills
 Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
 Proven experience in program management and staff supervision.
 Strong skill set in developing and executing innovative community programs.
 Ability to build effective partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders.
 Deep commitment to making a societal impact.
 Experience in grant writing and knowledge of Positive Youth Development and trauma-informed care is a plus.
Qualifications
 A MasterÂs Degree in Public Health, Human Services, or a closely related field.
 Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing programs and supervising staff.
 Demonstrated experience working with children and families in a community-oriented setting.
