 Manage and update sales channels and platforms as needed.
Required Skills
 Exceptional communication skills, with perfect proficiency in English, as this role involves interaction with US clients.
 An enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic demeanor, with a strong commitment to delivering top-notch service.
 Basic comprehension of sales principles and customer service strategies.
 Familiarity with marketing fundamentals and the ability to analyze market research and consumer behavior.
 Proficiency in creating spreadsheets and interpreting quantitative data to assess ROI and KPI metrics, including managing email campaigns and maintaining marketing materials.
Qualifications
 High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or marketing is advantageous.
 Previous experience in a sales or customer service position is preferred but not mandatory.
