Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
0-2 years of administrative experience
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Suite)

Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Certification in administrative assistance (e.g., CAP, CAA)
Experience with CRM software
Familiarity with project management tools
Technical Skills
