Job Responsibilities:
⢠Create AWS Connect Connect Flows
⢠Configure Queues, Routing Profiles, User Management, Security Profiles, Quick Connect, and Claiming Numbers
⢠Integration with third-party CRM systems such as Salesforce
⢠Connect flow integration with Lambda, Lex, S3, and databases
Job Requirements:
⢠Bachelorâs/Masterâs degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
⢠At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
⢠Knowledge of IVR and Workflow
⢠Familiarity with API
⢠Experience with AWS and CTI
⢠Expertise in data engineering
⢠Knowledge of Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, and Lambda
⢠Familiarity with S3, DynamoDB, Kinesis, and CloudWatch
