 Manage High Volume Calls
 Identify customers needs to achieve satisfaction
 Schedule customers for install and service appointments with multiple technicians
 Walk customers through technical issues by phone (this will be trained )
 Build Relationships with customers
 Process account cancellations
 Accuracy with data entry
Skills & Qualifications:
 3 plus years of Office Experience
 3 plus years of Customer Service
