[Remote/WFM] Plan Reviewer - Remote

Â Â Twining Consulting Inc., dba RADCO, a nationally recognized Design Approval & Plan Inspection Agency (DAPIA) for HUD manufactured homes and State modular program industrialized buildings, is seeking a Plan Reviewer. Responsibilities include:
 Perform multi-discipline plan reviews of model plan residential and commercial buildings under governing codes.
 Communicate deviations verbally or in writing to manufacturers and clients.
 Provide consultations on regulatory and code issues.
Required Competencies:
 BS in engineering or architecture preferred
 1 - 5 years of recent experience in plan checking in both residential and commercial.
 ICC plan examiner certification in one or more categories.
 Knowledge of wood, concrete, and steel construction codes such as NDA, ASCE, ACI, AISC.
 Good communication skills (verbal & written). Work with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
 Experienced in computer software programs such as Office, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
 Ability to meet deadlines and handle several projects at a time.
