Are you a persuasive, fluent communicator with a knack for engaging candidates? Raizan Solutions LLC is looking for a dynamic Part-Time Recruiter to join our team! Based out of our Troy office, this role offers flexible, remote work with occasional on-site meetings as needed. You'll work from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, assisting our full-time recruiters by making initial contact with candidates and coordinating essential follow-ups. Reporting to our Team Leader - Recruitment, you'll play a vital part in our team's success by managing conversations and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
What You'll Do:
? Engage with candidates through outbound calls, sharing job details, and gathering essential information
? Support the recruitment team by updating candidate profiles and preparing follow-up schedules
? Skillfully handle candidate inquiries and situations with a professional, friendly approach
