Provide friendly and efficient support to Netflix members via email, chat, and phone.
Assist members with inquiries related to their accounts, billing, streaming options, and technical troubleshooting.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
Previous customer service experience in a remote or call center environment preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering solutions.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating multiple software systems simultaneously.
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
