• This is a full time (40 hrs/week) remote position.
• The role starts by working in our outbound call center where you will be the first point of contact for our consumers.
• You will engage with potential customers, showcasing why AmeriSave is a premier lender of choice.
• Successful team members will then have the chance to skyrocket their careers towards becoming Licensed Mortgage Loan Officers.

Requirements:
• Inside or field sales experience required
• Previous sales experience with a bonus component is a plus
• Call center experience (inbound/outbound) strongly preferred
• Telesales experience preferred
• Previous collection, banking, financial services, or mortgage experience a plus
• Must be high-energy and have a positive attitude
• Must be articulate and able to quickly develop rapport with customers over the phone
• Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage high volume of calls
• Ability to counter customer objections
• Must be independent, self-motivated and organized
