About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Frontend Developer to join our innovative team. You will play a crucial role in modernizing our web applications using the latest frontend technologies such as Angular or React. Your ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of highly skilled frontend developers will be essential in ensuring high-quality deliverables while modernizing legacy systems.Â

Desired Experience
• 6+ years of experience in frontend web development, specifically with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript (Total experience 6 to 8 yrs.)Â
• Experience with React Native or Progressive Web Applications (PWA) development.Â
• Familiarity with DevOps practices for frontend applications.Â
• Knowledge of test-driven development (TDD) and tools like Jest, Karma, or Cypress.Â

Primary Responsibilities
• Expertise in Angular (1.x+ to 10+) and a deep understanding of the ecosystem.Â
• Proficiency in modern web frameworks and libraries, including CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Material Design).Â
• Proficiency in CSS pre-processors such as SASS, LESS, SCSS.Â
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management systems like NgRx or Redux.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, integration, and debugging API-related issues.Â
• Proven experience leading teams, mentoring junior developers, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Â
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in both legacy and modern codebases.Â
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and build tools like Webpack, Parcel or Vite.Â
• Solid knowledge of UI/UX best practices to deliver highly performant and visually appealing interfaces
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.Â
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.Â
• A degree in software engineering, computer science, or related field is preferred.Â
