We have partnered with a boutique immigration law firm is seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to handle a diverse caseload, including NIWs, O-1s, E-2s, EB-1s, and PERM-based petitions (I-140s, I-485s).
This is a remote position with opportunities to work on a variety of challenging and impactful cases.

Job Details
Responsibilities
? Prepare, review, and manage high volumes of NIV/IV filings, focusing on NIW, O-1, and EB-1A cases.
? Independently oversee a large caseload, collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient, high-quality work.
? Maintain clear and timely communication with clients throughout the visa process.
? Coordinate with USCIS, CBP, the Department of State, and the Department of Labor as needed.
? Support attorneys with evidence collection, document preparation, and adherence to deadlines.
? Track case progress, manage records, and address potential delays proactively.
? Draft and prepare responses to RFEs.
Qualifications
? Minimum of 5 years of experience handling O-1 and NIW petitions.
? Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex caseloads.
? Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred, but not required.
