Proven experience as a recruitment specialist or similar role in a fast-paced environment. In-depth knowledge of various sourcing methods and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications and potential fit. High level of adaptability and flexibility to work in a remote, night shift role. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software. Strong organizational and time management skills. A passion for staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
