The Fuel Services Analyst plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing clients' fuel supply chains. The analyst collaborates with internal teams and vendors, generates reports, provides insights, and manages customer communications, all while participating in an on-call rotation. Responsibilities
 Assist customers with service inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, escalating complex problems as necessary.

 Handle standard customer service activities and simple inquiries, participating in an on-call rotation for nights and weekends.

 Respond promptly to issue escalations and provide necessary managerial approvals.

 Review and record business transactions for assigned accounts, ensuring adherence to customer requirements.

 Extract and input relevant data into spreadsheets or standard formats.

 Prepare routine written communications and reports following detailed instructions, using standard office software.

 Follow mandatory procedures to ensure work meets required quality standards.

 Develop and maintain technical skills through training, coaching, and development planning activities.
Requirements
 High School or General Education/Equivalency Diploma/GED certificate.
