Responsibilities
 Drive business growth by ensuring the protection of team members and corporate facilities.

 Lead and support district and group teams in resolving significant security incidents.

 Train field leaders to identify and mitigate shortage risks in key divisions.
,
 Lead investigations into complex theft cases, including Organized Retail Crime (ORC).
,
 Develop and investigate major organized external and internal cases to prevent significant losses.
,
 Benchmark competition for trends impacting the industry and collaborate with other retail investigators.
,
 Influence and develop relationships with law enforcement and prosecutors to support investigations.
,
 Train business partners on external theft and fraud investigations and investigative tactics.
,
 Identify and communicate emerging risks and trends to stakeholders.
Requirements
 4-year degree or equivalent experience
,
 3+ years of retail assets protection/loss prevention or criminal justice experience
,
 Meet state or local licensure and legal requirements for the position
,
 Experience with internal and external theft investigation tactics
,
 Strong interpersonal skills
,
 Proven execution skills and ability to drive change
,
 Ability to operate in an ambiguous and rapidly changing work environment
,
 Quickly adapt to changing priorities and tasks
,
 Work in high intensity situations with composure
,
 Solution-based mindset with problem-solving skills
,
 Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
,
 Ability to build strong working relationships with key partners
