What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Coordinate travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities
 Utilize booking platforms and travel management systems to schedule and confirm travel plans accurately and efficiently
 Communicate with clients to gather preferences, provide itinerary options, and address any questions or concerns
 Liaise with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other vendors to secure reservations and negotiate rates
 Handle cancellations, refunds, and changes to travel plans in a timely and professional manner
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 Previous experience in travel coordination, scheduling, or related roles
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach
 Proficiency in using booking systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications
 Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with team members across different locations
