What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Obtain and format data from various source systems using tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Alteryx
 Collaborate with project leads for data cleanup and mapping from source to destination
 Assist in preparing and formatting Carrier and Employee lists for agency discussions
 Validate data and track conversion issues to ensure data quality and timely completion
 Collaborate with the development team on tooling requirements for conversion projects
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 2-3 years of experience in Brokerage/Insurance Agency Management Systems
 BachelorÂs degree or higher
 Ability to travel up to 20%
 Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including lookups, formulas, and pivot tables
 Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Experience with Alteryx and Microsoft SQL Server
 Background in converting data between systems
 Previous involvement in large organization system implementations
 Residing within the East Coast time zone
